Sponsorship Information

La Cosecha 2008, scheduled for November 12-15, 2008, marks the thirteenth anniversary of our annual conference which brings together educators, parents, researchers and practitioners who support dual language programs. We offer the opportunity to share our experience and knowledge, and to network and “harvest” the best our multilingual communities have to offer. La Cosecha 2008 will serve over 1,400 participants from throughout the Southwest and West, including California, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, as well as from other regions throughout the U.S. Our participants represent two-way immersion, developmental bilingual, and heritage language immersion programs.

We welcome conference sponsors whose instructional materials and literature focus on home language and ESL instruction. Dual Language educators who attend La Cosecha conferences are looking for literature and content area materials for grades Pre-K-12 in Spanish, Navajo and other native languages of New Mexico, as well as ESL instructional and multicultural materials.

Exhibit Logistics

• The cost for each table to exhibit at La Cosecha 2008 is $329.
• The full cost of the tables requested must be submitted with the proposal.
• Sponsors will be allotted the numbers of tables according to the level of their sponsorship.
• Each exhibitor selected will have a limit of two (2) table top space with two (2) chairs.
• 6 foot table.. All materials must be displayed within this area.
• Displays may not project beyond the edge of the table and may not exceed 3 feet in height. Display materials will not be permitted in front of, behind, or next to the table.
• Free standing displays and magazine/book racks located behind the tables are allowed.

*Checks will be returned to exhibitors not selected.
